Turnaround and insolvency firm KSA Group has continued its expansion with new offices in Manchester and Birmingham.
In addition to its offices in London, Edinburgh, Gateshead and Berwick upon Tweed, KSA Group said it is now positioned to assist distressed businesses across the regions.
Keith Steven, managing director of KSA Group, said: “The West Midlands and North West have not yet seen the full benefit of the strong economic recovery felt in other areas of the UK, most notably the South East, and even if the regions do see increased economic activity, this may well put an additional burden on weaker companies, where cash flow has been under constant pressure for months, if not years.
“This would be typical of earlier periods of economic recovery, and, as a result, many such businesses may well need to restructure.”
The Birmingham office will be led by regional manager George Davis who joined the firm in 2008, while the Manchester office will be led by new regional manager Amanda Eckersley.
Eckersley said: “I am very excited to have the opportunity to work within the KSA group at the new Manchester office.
“We are now able to service clients right across the North West, who will now be able to benefit from the groups highly professional and commercial approach”.
