The insolvency arms of RSM Tenon located in Brighton and Marlow, acquired by Baker Tilly in August, have been sold to Quantuma Restructuring
Baker Tilly confirmed the sale of the Brighton and Marlow practices to Quantuma, a Southampton-based insolvency firm established by former head of recovery at RSM Tenon, Carl Jackson.
Including partner Ian Cadlock, the Brighton office was made up of eight staff members, while the Marlow office comprised of 18 staff members including Frank Wessely and Peter Hughes-Holland; all of whom have transferred over to Quantuma.
Jackson said: “With the opening of the Marlow office we are able to expand our coverage in this region and continue to grow the business.”
Concerning the changes, a statement from Baker Tilly said: “We are pleased to confirm that we have reached agreement to sell part of the restructuring practice in Scotland that transferred from RSM Tenon to Baker Tilly in September.
