Investigation and detective agency London House International has been acquired by LTR Enterprises.
LTR Enterprises, which provides asset recovery and debt resolution services, was set up in 2011 to purchase the franchise for London House Services in south east London and is run by Chris Metalle and Chris Richards.
Metalle, who is the incoming chief executive, said: “We very much view this move as a succession and we will be investing in adding to the breadth of services we deliver and the range of support services our franchise network needs for continued success.”
Godfrey Lancashire, the outgoing chief executive of London House International, added: “We have seen how the management at LTR have already, within their first year with London House, built a meaningful business, won new clients and inspired those around them to collaborate across the country.
“With this team leading London House we feel confident our clients will see real benefits from the plans and ideas the new team has.”
As part of the deal Richard Cook, who is non-executive chairman of commercial debt recovery firm Carter Fabre, will join the board.
