Threshers

Who has survived the wholesale withdrawal of trade credit insurance?

Posted by Hugh Edwards on 4 November 2009.

Following Threshers move into administration, the team at XPD were racking their brains last night to come up a retailer which, in the past eighteen months, has survived the withdrawal of trade credit insurance by the major insurers.

XPD are developing a number of  "survival strategies" and action plans for retailers which have suffered (or are about to suffer) the impact of credit insurance being withdrawn. Blacks Leisure is one example but only after significant debt restructuring and even then....can they ride it out??

Intrested in any views as we develop our offer.
