Existing team members Matt Cowlishaw, Angela Lloyd-Taylor, Matt Smith and David Stark are all promoted to partner.

The group has been further bolstered by partners Andrew Grimstone and David Scott re-joining from corporate finance. Over 50 senior professionals from other corporate finance teams have also moved across.
