Property management specialist All In Property has announced the acquisition of a new office in Blackpool.
All In Property will move to the new premises in Bispham, Blackpool in December once a refurbishment programme has been completed, relocating from its current offices also located in Blackpool.
The company employs 50 people and covers the UK and the Republic of Ireland working in partnership with lenders, receivers, asset managers and insolvency practitioners in property possession and management.
Managing director, John Boardman, said: “When the business was started we wanted to ensure that we provided a very transparent service and had the additional objective of shaping and changing our profession.
“Our commitment to providing a clear and professional property management service has facilitated our growth and the new office will give us a platform for further growth.”
All In Property was founded in 1997 by John Boardman who then later established its maintenance division a decade later in 2007. Fellow director, Ronnie Mott, joined the company in 2002 before being appointed to the board in 2006.
