Jenny Willott MP, of the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills (BIS), will address delegates at the Insolvency & Restructuring conference, part of April 3rd’s Credit Summit at the QEII conference centre in London.
Willott is well known to insolvency practitioners for her recent recommendations on fee reform, and is a crucial figure in the sector’s changing regulatory climate.
Her address to the conference will shed further light on the government’s current thinking with regard to insolvency, taking into account regulatory issues, proposed fee reform, and approaches to directorial misconduct.
According to a representative at BIS, Willott “welcomes the opportunity” to speak directly to the industry at the conference.
She will join a line-up including Barry Isaacs QC, PwC’s Mike Jervis, EY’s Alan Bloom and chief bankruptcy registrar Dr Stephen Baister, in a free, CPD-accredited conference for anyone involved in the insolvency profession.
