A Manchester-based guitar supplier has entered administration.
Tone World Limited, which worked with major guitar brands was placed in the care of joint administrators John Kelly and Nigel Price, of Begbies Traynor, on 8 January.
The company enterd administration after it “become embroiled in an ongoing legal dispute.”
Though two members of staff have been made redundant, administrators have confirmed the business will continue to trade whilst a buyer is sought.
Kelly said: “We’re still in the stages of making initial assessments and have begun marketing the business in the hope that a suitable buyer can be found.”
As stated on its website, Tone World has worked with the likes of Elbow, Gary Barlow and Johnny Marr, and artists have been known to make appearances at the shop.
