Chartered accountancy and business advisory firm Wilkins Kennedy LLP has announced the completion of its merger with chartered accountancy firm CW Fellowes Ltd.
As of 8 November, nine directors and 70 staff from CW Fellowes joining the new entity, which will be known as Wilkins Kennedy.
The merger also sees Wilkins Kennedy gaining two new offices located in Southampton and Portsmouth.

“Geographically, the merger is also a good fit and strengthens the Wilkins Kennedy presence across the South of England.”

The merger with CW Fellowes is the fifth deal of its kind carried out by Wilkins Kennedy in three years. It has previously completed mergers with: Matthews Mist & Co (2013), PR Hornsby & Co (2012), Casey Lester (2011), and Charles Stuart (2010).
