A Bristol-based building repairs company has entered administration, resulting in all 15 staff being made redundant.
Beaver Maintenance Ltd had an average turnover of approximately £1.5million. The company’s troubles were attributed to “the recession and intense competition” in the building repairs sector.
Tim Ball, restructuring services partner at Mazars, was appointed to Beaver Maintenance and is keen to sell the ongoing work and assets of the company.
Ball said: “I am reviewing the position of the company and the possibility of selling its business and assets as a going concern.”
Beaver Maintenance Ltd carries out building repairs and maintenance work for local authorities, schools, and a variety of commercial and domestic customers.
