The men’s fashionwear line founded by pop star Robbie Williams has filed for liquidation.
As report in The Telegraph, Farrell, the fashion line founded by the former Take That singer, has gone into liquidation as of 14 October.
In a statement Williams said: “The support of the men’s press and retailers internationally since we started has been incredible and I want to thank them.
“I have also been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with the talented Ben Dickens and will miss creating and working with and wish him every luck for the future.”
The Covent Garden pop-up shop closed on Monday, with staff – both on the shop floor and in the design studio – made redundant with immediate effect. The Farrell website has also ceased trading.
The Farrell line was launched in September 2011, and was at House of Fraser and Selfridges stores, and online through very.co.uk.
