RSM Tenon has drafted in a new chairman of its remuneration committee with the addition of a new non-executive director to the board.
Nicholas Page joins the board with effect from tomorrow (18 October 2012), having recently served a successful spell as chairman of the audit committee at Provident Financial spin-out International Personal Finance.
He is also chairman of the remuneration committee at German care home group Care Europe SA.
Between 1986 and 2006 Page was non-executive director and then chief operating officer (1999-2006) of Travelex.
Between 1993 and 1998, he was chief executive officer of Hambros Insurance Services Group. He was also joint deputy chairman of Hambros Group Investments and an executive director of Hambros Bank.
Between 2010 and 2012 Nicholas was a non-executive director of Collins Stewart Hawkpoint where Tim Ingram, Chairman of RSM Tenon, was also chairman.
Speaking on the announcement, Ingram, Chairman of RSM Tenon, said he would bring additional City and non-executive director credentials to the board.
He added: “His appointment ensures that the board is now fully up to strength and equipped for the challenging time RSM Tenon continues to face. I look forward to working with Nick in achieving our major objectives over the coming years.”
