Key figures from across the UK profession are set to attend the annual Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) Insolvency Conference.
Insolvency Service (IS) director of policy Nick Howard and Institute of Credit Management (ICM) chief executive Philip King will be among the speakers on the day.
The conference – which will be chaired by IPA president Patrick Brazzill – will explore the expectations of unsecured creditors, pre-packs and the complaints regime.
It aims to ‘share the latest developments from within the insolvency profession’ and provide a ‘high-energy learning experience’ as the leading issues in insolvency are debated.
Other speakers will be provided by the Joint Insolvency Committee, as well as the IPA’s Investigation and Corporate Consultation Committees.
The conference – which provides five hours CPE accreditation – will be held at The Royal College of Surgeons of England in London on April 26.
