Countdown begins for Insolvency Today Scotland 6 February 2012

The countdown has begun ahead of next month’s Insolvency Today Scotland conference.

Building on last year’s inaugural success the event will boast a host of high-profile speakers ready to shed an unparalleled light on Scotland’s insolvency landscape.

The conference – which will take place on March 1 at the Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow – is a great opportunity for insolvency professionals to network and debate the industry’s latest talking points.

It will feature Accountant in Bankruptcy’s chief executive Rosemary Winter-Scott heading up a panel session on the upcoming changes to the Protected Trust Deed process.

The conference will also provide attendees with an insight into Scottish law and its effect on the insolvency profession, as well as guide to Debt Arrangement Schemes (DAS).

And the afternoon will also be split into two sessions focusing on personal and corporate insolvency.
