The portal boasts more than 300 UK and overseas properties, as well as several portions of development land.
Industrial, retail, residential and commercial properties – taken from the firm’s own cases - are featured.
Begbies Traynor partner, Alistair Dickson – who spearheaded the properties for sale development – said: "Although the UK real estate market remains slow, we are seeing significant levels of interest in the properties we have listed which we believe represent good value and are realistically priced to sell.
"The feedback from agents and the property market has been very positive, and all can see the need for this type of online portal for accelerated sales.
"For agents, it will act as an extension of their marketing efforts and brings an extra dimension to the process."
The business rescue and recovery specialists claim the new site has already attracted high levels of interest from professional property investors since its launch.
Due to the level of interest received Begbies Traynor expects the amount of properties listed to treble over the next three months.
Dickson added: "The feedback from agents and the property market has been very positive, and all can see the need for this type of online portal for accelerated sales."
